Retired products
The conversion of the 706 (ECMC-CA) loan data from EdFund's FAPS system to ECMC's system was completed in September. As a result, EdFund's Cohort Management System (CMS), Correspondence Exchange Station (CES) and File Transfer Station (FTS) were retired on October 28, 2011. Below is information about alternative options.
Cohort Management System
To request a final data extract, email your request by November 30, 2011 to StudentSuccess@ecmc.org 
. In the email, please provide your name, institution name, OPEID and phone number. The data extract will include CMS contact history, including recent demographic data and borrower contact information.
Correspondence Exchange Station
You can submit manual loan update requests via secure email to LoanChange@ecmc.org .
File Transfer Station
You can submit electronic processing files to ECMC using File Transfer Protocol (FTP). For more information, or to request a user name and password, contact:

If you currently send 951 (ECMC-MN) files via FTP to www3.ecmc.org, you can send your 706 (ECMC-CA) files using your current login ID and password. You have the option to submit separate files based on guarantor code or you can combine them into one file.
